This is especially true in states like California, Washington, and Oregon, states that have already built out some charging infrastructure that allows people to give their batteries a boost when on the road.
At the same time, automakers are making even more green vehicles than before. Around 300 new or redesigned models could be released in the next four years, and of those 26% are going to be some kind of hybrid, plug-in hybrid, or electric-only model! A wider variety of available green cars, drivers' desire to lower emissions, and the addition of more charging stations should all contribute to growth for this market.
