Here at Keyes Toyota, we've noticed that crossovers and SUVs
have taken off in popularity lately. So it's no surprise to us that the Toyota
brand has redesigned the Toyota RAV4 to make it even more appealing to drivers.
It's also no surprise that the conventional Toyota RAV4 crossover isn't the
only one that could be in the works.
The fifth-generation Toyota
RAV4 recently made its debut at the New York Auto Show. It's been
redesigned and offers more features than ever. There's even an Adventure trim
available for anyone who loves to take their crossover on an outdoor excursion
through tough terrain. That might not be the only new addition to the Toyota
RAV4 lineup though.
That's because a variety of new Toyota models
based on this capable crossover are under consideration as well. A three-row
version of the Toyota RAV4 that seats up to seven people might make an
appearance someday. This was tried once before, but the new platform that's
being used to build the Toyota RAV4 could give this newer three-row crossover
more legroom and space than ever.
A zero-emission Toyota RAV4 model could also
be in the works. The Toyota brand has made some big electric vehicle plans in
recent years, so don't be surprised to see a plug-in hybrid or electric version
of the Toyota RAV4 in the next few years. In the meantime, keep an eye on this
blog to make sure that you're getting the latest news about upcoming Toyota
models!
