Adventuring in the Toyota FT-AC Concept

Here at Keyes Toyota, we're always excited to see a new vehicle or concept make its debut. The Los Angeles Auto Show just passed, which means some of the latest innovations from the Toyota brand showed up right in our back yard. One concept that attracted a lot of attention was the Toyota FT-AC. This rugged crossover is designed to go off-road.

The “FT-AC” designation stands for Future Toyota Adventure Concept. It's been built with drivers who love the outdoors in mind. This concept is about the same size as a 2018 Toyota RAV4. It looks like it rides a bit higher than that crossover does though. The Toyota FT-AC is clearly designed for outdoor adventures where you don't really need the extra power or space afforded by a full-size SUV.

This new Toyota concept is equipped with a retractable integrated bike rack, but that's not the only feature that makes it perfect for your next adventure. The Toyota FT-AC also has cameras embedded in its door-mounted rearview mirrors. They're in the perfect position to record trips on the trail and you can even use a Wi-Fi hotspot to instantly upload your runs. This model is also equipped with removable fog lights that can double as flashlights. The Toyota FT-AC has thought of everything.

If this concept becomes a production car, it would probable be powered by gasoline. A hybrid version could also be in the works though. All-wheel drive would naturally be a part of the package, along with new terrain-response settings that would make this SUV more adaptable. We can't wait to learn more about the Toyota FT-AC!

  2. What impresses me most about XcodeGen is how developer-friendly it is. The YAML and JSON approach is intuitive, and regenerating projects feels seamless. It’s made our entire build process more reliable and conflict-free.

  3. Every developer should experience Fira Code. The ligatures make syntax look clean and modern, while the monospaced design maintains perfect structure. It’s one of the most innovative and user-friendly fonts ever made for coding.
